## What this portal is

This site translates the official Vision 2030 delivery record into citizen-readable form. For each indicator, we publish:
- a Baseline → Latest → Target value chain (numerically, with periods),
- a four-part Story Arc (Before / Initiative / Outcome / For citizens),
- supporting metrics and a milestone timeline,
- the underlying source list with publisher, URL, and tier badge.

The portal is editorial, not an official government publication. Numbers are pulled from named primary sources (GASTAT, Vision 2030 Annual Report, ministries, SAMA, PIF, SDAIA, GEA, MoH, MoMAH, MoT, MoE, etc.). Each metric carries a `last_verified` date.
