A unified national digital identity was rolled out, integrated with Absher, Tawakkalna, and Yakeen — and accepted by banks, telcos, and government services.

Outcome

Over 28 million Saudis hold unified digital identities — effectively the entire eligible population.

One identity, accepted everywhere. Open a bank account, sign a contract, register a child for school, complete a transaction — all from one verified digital identity.
